On tap at the Brewpub. Pours a dark amber/brown with a nice light brown head. The aroma is heavy smoke and jerky, also some burnt malts. The taste is mostly a smooth and fairly sweet brown ale with a heavy smoke aspect; burnt malts, some sweet brown sugar, and a meaty smoked aspect that may or may not taste like a smog/dust filled Winter inversion in the Valley. Awesome! Utah is really doing a great job, keep it up.
