clear orange lots of bubbles, large fluffy white head.
aroma is bitterhops, cardboard, very faint fruity note (prorbably apple).
flavor is spicy, apple, saison or blonde like flavors, ends soft and less bitter than it starts.

Jan 17, 2009 Utrolig dejlig og overraskende øl. Fin balence mellem øl og æble. Dejlig forfriskende med en humlet og let syrlig afslutning fra æblesaften. Dejlig øl som vil være fantastisk en varm sommerdag.

Jan 10, 2009 Bottled. Light yellow coloured. Murky. Dense off white head. Yeast, apple, fruits and light spice in the aroma. Flavour as well is full of apples, fruits and yeast. Medium bodied. Sweetish and dry end. Quite refreshing.
