Sep 3, 2008 Got Wheat?–on tap-pours a white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is nice sweet citrus, clove, some light malt. Taste is nice/almost cloying sweet citrus, clove, some light malt. As it warms some banana comes out.

Aug 15, 2008 On tap: The aroma is a combination of orange peel, lemon grass, and light grassiness. It’s a hazy gold with a small white head that leaves behind spotty lacing. The flavor starts with some watery wit notes behind moderate lemon grass. There is some faint banana and citrus notes. The finish is grassy with some lighter notes of lemon. Light bodied with soft carbonation. I was really in the mood for a Witbier, but this was quite a let down.

May 16, 2008 Tap: transparent dark golden in color, minimal head. Aroma is dominated by american wheat sweetness. Flavor much the same, doesn’t resemble a wit at all. Asked for an another sample, just to check. So either it’s the wrong keg, or, just not a good wit.

Oct 15, 2004 Tap. Light yellow color, fairly clear. Decent head, whitish in color. Coriander is very apparent in aroma. Spices and light malt in taste. Rather thin.
