This reminds me of how Dales used to taste before they went big. Loads of Hops and Malts. Nice job!

On tap at the Brewpub in Lyons. Pours a clearish copper color with massive white head. Aroma is sweet and floral with strong floral hops notes, fresh pine, caramel, honey. Flavor is sweet and floral with similar notes of fresh hops, pine, caramel and honey. Generally medium body with a very hoppy finish

tap at the Lyons brewpub - Pours copper and has a nice citrus hop aroma. It has a hopped up citrus and pine accented flavor with a touch of caramel. There’s a long lasting, pleasantly bitter finish. Very nice.

Tap at the brewpub - dark copper/brown with a thick, frothy head - think of it as a more aggressive version of Dale’s - sticky and chewy, but with enough resiny hop flavor and bitterness to dry it out in the end - some earthy citrus rind and pine flavors, herbal, tea-like character in the back that works well with the sweetness - assertive but balanced - this is pretty much Dale’s turned IPA.

Tap at brewpub... Pours a semi-transparent medium caramel brown with a thin soapy white head... Aroma of citrus and floral hops... Citrus hop flavor, pretty crisp all around. Somewhat bitter with a citrus rind finish. Nice!

Effing phone losing my rating. Cliff’s notes! On tap @ the brewpub. Clear orange with a one finger off-white, well-retained head. Big floral, pine, and citrus aroma with some caramel malts behind. Big ass dank hops in the flavor with everything else following suit--though the caramel is lighter and faint black tea is added, and the floral hops are missing. Bitterness peaked @ a 7 in the dry finish. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Damn good beer--hopefully I can bring a growler home!

On tap at the Tasty Weasel and OB. Apparently this brew was a mistake, but one hell of a mistake it was. An absolute hop bomb. Sticky, very very bitter, and extremely awesome. Difficult to decide whether I want to drink Gordon or this bitch from now on.
