Hazy yellow gold with a strong apple aroma. Flavor was more similar to apple butter then candy apple.

Taste is apple crisps, wheat, candy notes, and apple skins. Body is light and refreshing. Soft carbonation. Ends with more apple skins, grains/wheat and candy notes.

Big apple fruity aroma (jolly rancher) with some spicy notes. Sweet apple flavor, some floral and spicy notes, with a bit of a wheat background. Light body with moderate carbonation.

Jun 7, 2009 Pours light golden color with minimal head. In the aroma I get apple and more apple. Light bodied with light carbonation. On the palate I get apple, wheat, sweet fruit flavors along with the apple. Nice beer and stays around for a bit with apple.

Jun 6, 2009 A very light colored body with a minimal head (almost none). A sweet aroma with light hints of candy apple. Smooth and somewhat bland ending. A very mellow beer.

May 12, 2009 Fresh growler from the brewery. Pours a hazy pale lemon yellow color with a medium head. Poor head retention and lacing. Aroma is bread, tart green apple, spice and something a bit soapy. Taste is bread, spice and green apple. Medium bodied. Refreshing but the flavors are a bit muddled. Otherwise a decent effort.
