Commercial Description:
This pale bronze beer is medium in body with intense hop flavor and aroma. Our IPA is brewed in the style of the “west coast” with robust hop character coming from American grown varieties of hops. IPA’s are amongst the most popular craft brewed beers as they have moderate strength and tons of flavor. This is not your Grandfathers beer! 14 degrees plato, 50 IBU’s, 6% alcohol by volume.

Tap. Pours a hazy slightly darker golden color with a small white head. Aroma is hops, caramel, touches of other malts. Flavor is a pretty solid hop taste, with touches of caramel and a sweet finish on the palate. Not a bad one.

Growler provided by riversideAK. Thanks Alex! Clear gold, small head. Mild hop aroma, little butter. Dusty, grassy, very dry. Some honey in the finish, mostly sharp.

Floral nose, some grapefruit, a little butter, some caramel notes. Pours golden with a thin head. Up front the flavor is a little muted there is some bread and caramel with light hoppy notes, but the finish is where the niceness picks up. Dry weedy and herbal in the finish it lingers for a little while and is the best part of the beer. Body is a a little thin.

Draft. Pours gold in color with a foamy white head. Citrus, a little ripe fruit, and a touch of malt in the nose. Medium carbonation with a medium mouthfeel. Malt, citrus, light floral notes, and fruit sweetness on the palate. Medium finish. A pretty good IPA and what I consider one of their best beers.

Hops on the nose. Light to slightly medium bodied. Hops on the front of the palate but when it starts to leave it gets the hell out of there with not much aftertaste which is why I have to hit it a bit. It’s trying but when you are trying to do what west coast ipas are doing you had better know your stuff.

Clear pale gold with an aroma of sweet fruit and malt. Flavor was the same with a slightly bitter finish.

Clear pale gold. Light citric hop aroma. Flavor was clean malts, a touch of biscuit, and a citric, grapefruit hop finish. Tight and clean, nicely done. The fact that my wife ordered a pint of this as opposed to the wit is indicative of just how well done this was. Her favorite beer of the trip, and my favorite at the brewery as well.
