Clear Copper off white head, Cascade type hoppy aroma with some juicy fruit gum and bit-o-honey candy mixed in.Taste is sweet slightly roasted malt with balanced hop bitterness. Its a delicate pale ale and doesnt travel well.
The best advice is go to the source and try it on draught you will be amazed what a drinkable ale this really is. Cletus (5058), Connecticut, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 23, 2005 Poured a clear deep amber color with a medium off-white head. Aroma was hmm...odd? Cooked pineapple juice, perfume, cardboard. Under that was malt. Malty flavor, more sweet juice, and a touch of hops at the finish. Thanks to Beerhandy for the beer and another state.
