[237-20070325] 355mL. Sweet fruit and grassy orange hops aroma. Clear, orange brown body without bubbles and pours a big foamy light tan head. Sweet fruit flavour is hoppier than aroma, not bitter. Medium body. Good togetherness, great introductory hoppy beer.

Draught at Memphis Flying Saucer. Pours golden copper. Aroma is of some noble hops, but is indistinct. Flavor is sweet and malty, finishing dry. Simple, drinkable, english pale ale.

Crisp amber body with a billowy beige head. Aroma is muted, with light resiny citrusy hops and a light fruity note as it warms up. Pleasant bitterness in the flavour and very light hops – resin and mild citrus – and moderately caramel touched malt. Light note of alcohol in the flavour later in the glass. Pleasant but unassertive, non-descript. Average palate. 6/4/6/3/13

Dark amber color with a white head that was attractive in the pint glass. Aroma was very subtle; grassy hop aroma, not particularly memorable. Flavor is better, with a crisp sweet hop and malt combo up front that is easy to drink.

It poured a cloudy gold with a big light tan head. Full bodied malt flavor. Not as hoppy as I would expect from a pale ale. Mouthfilling palate, robust.

Pours with an immense head that settles fast to a creamy cap and laces in a sheet. Lots of carbonation in a deep copper body. Minor adversities to start, but the aroma settles to autumn leaves wtih a citric swing. Strong malt backbone, but bittersweet citric hops cannot be ignored. Grapefruit lingers in a dry, tingly finish.

Nice looking pour, a deep copper body with a solid, slightly off-white head. It smells of caramel, oranges, lemon zest, and a squirt of grapefruit juice. All are balanced nicely in the flavor as a good EPA should be. It finishes on a moderately bitter note that lingers for a while.

12 oz bottle thanks to beer_pirate. Orangey dark gold with a fluffy light beige head. Lots of carbo bubbles. Caramel and orange citrus nose. Decent lacing. Mild bitter orange flavor and medium sweet, lightly toasted malt. Excellent session candidate.
