| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 31, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, yellow-gold body with no real head. Like many blondes I’ve met, it’s sportin’ a gorgeous body, but there’s just not much going on up top.
Smell: Light pale malts, a bit of grain and a drizzle of clearance honey.
Taste: Light pale maltiness with a mild honey-like sweetness and light hint of grain. Minor spicy hop character and bitterness provides a little bite. Starts heading towards Watery Town near the end. Relatively dry, crisp finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Not inherently bad, but it is just another ho-hum blonde. Poobah (103), New Orleans, Louisiana, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 12, 2008 Poured a light golden color with a thin head that lasts as a ring. Malty and grassy nose, with some sweetness tucked in there . Somewhat maly intro, plenty of carbonation noticeable in the mouth, with a barely sweet and hoppy, floral finish. A little watery. The finish seems to be the best part. A good beer for the summer but not their best offering. unclemattie (2431), Georgia, USA
