Sep 13, 2005 Thanks to either Beerhandy or FlacoAlto one of which sent me this. Very yeasty, musty, grassy aroma. Clear yellow with a finger thick white head. Thin with a bit of sweet malt and biscuit int he finish. Definitely has some lager qualities flavor wise and it is a thirst quencher. Kinda reminds me of the ales at the now defunct Hops based in Tampa.

Sep 7, 2005 Sampled from bottle. Pours clear gold with a lasting white head and nice lacing. Aroma is grassy, spicy hops and a bit of malt. Flavor is slightly bitter with an adequate malt backbone and more grassy, spicy hops. Light to medium-bodied, well-carbonated and easy to drink. A good session beer that I’d certainly drink again.

Jan 5, 2005 appearance: slight haze, pale, faded yellow, close to pear peel, tiny, then gone head.
Aroma: green apples and pears, lemons, musty, light hops, very meek, overall.
Taste: huh. Kind of a dud on the palate, though the flavor is smooth...pear-ish taste, very light body, whisperish finish. Any easy drinker, though too pale for my taste, ...nothing wrong with it, either, I just find it a bit unremarkable.

Dec 4, 2004 The body is a very light piss yelow. A large white head on top. Bready aroma reminds me of white bread. It also has a little citrus. The taste is refreshing with some notes of bread crust. The taste also has some metallic wheat. Ok, but nothing I would seek out.

Sep 20, 2004 Yellow body, white head. Buckwheat and grain aroma, funny! Buckwheat again in the flavor. Slightly hoppy also. All right and quite different because of the buckwheat.

Sep 24, 2003 Nice golden color,small head that faded very fast.Very mild malt aroma with a slight sweet side and maybe some slight hints of fruit.The taste was definately not the same as the aroma with it being kind of corny and light malt and the fruit just coming not in to clearly,this was a fairly weak brew with little to offer,but i do see a slight thirst quenching side to it which is a small plus.Thanks go out to my Bro-In-Law for this brew,even though it's nothing special.

Aug 13, 2003 Pale yellow. Brown sugar and fruit in the nose. The body is smooth, not in a good way. Light roasted hops, dry, bad.
