| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jan 9, 2009 10/4/08 On draught at the Mukilteo brewpub. Aroma is clovey with distinct sulphur and banana character. Appearance is hazy yellow with a fluffy thick white head. Flavor is bready sour with a light acidity that is somewhat distracting. Mouthfeel is moderate bodied with a spritzy carb texture. Overall, quite good and very easy drinking, but feels a little thin and excess sulphur is not offensive but disconcerning. riversideAK (2731), Shoreline, Washington, USA

The pour looks like the picture; it was an amazing milky looking color, almost hard to believe it looked like that really. Flavors initially of wheat, then clove, banana, and some nice citrus/lemon in the finish. Creamy and smooth. A nice hefe for sure. anders37 (4700), Malmö, Sweden
