22 oz bottle via Mys Swap 4.0 (thanks riversideAK). Pours a hazy amber with a large off-white head. Mild aroma of mostly fruity esters and floral hops. Taste is pretty much muted herbal, perfumy and grassy hops, some toasted grians. Body is light. Carbonation is moderate. Pretty unimpressive, not nearly as good as their IIPA. As an easy to drink session beer this would be fine, but not nearly as hoppy as i like my IPA;s.

I’ve had this at the Diamond Knot pub in Mukilteo twice now, both times as a leadup to ordering their Industrial IPA. Pours golden with a good amount of white head. Has the most pleasant hop aromas and flavors of any of the Northwest IPAs I’ve had, bitter with cedar and a bit of grapefruit rind. A refreshing beer with a dry finish. The sweet malt backbone is rather muted but there. I ultimately prefer their Industrial IPA, but this is my favorite non-imperial IPA out there. I can’t imagine visiting DIamond Knot without ordering this.

22oz Bottle courtesy of Theisti. Aroma is fairly subdued hops with a nice citric orange peel and some overripe pineapple. Taste is much more classic IPA than the nose would suggest, with some classic grapefruit and more of the pineapple with a perfect dry finish with just the right level of resiny pine/juniper. Complexity of flavor and finish are way up there for a ’single’ IPA. Very refreshing on a hot summer night and eminently drinkable. I’d buy this all the time. Thanks, TIm, this one was a winner!

22oz bottle courtesy of riversideAK poured into a tulip. This one pours a clear amber with a huge creamy beige head that recedes very slowly and leaves lots of lacing on the way down. The aroma is dominated by light citrus fruits, especially pineapples and oranges with a little bit of grapefruit as well. There’s also ample sweetness from the caramel malts. The taste is definitely more bitter than I was expecting and has a little more grapefruit than the aroma. The caramel malts carry the backbone and there are some floral hops in the finish, leaving the slightly astringent bitterness to linger. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and sticky with the citrus fruits and pine. The carbonation is light and soft. This is a solid representation of the style and extremely enjoyable. The aroma is a bit fuller than the taste and the bitterness is a little bit astringent, limiting the drinkability slightly.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured hazy dark golden color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus hop and cider aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy cider bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Very good brew.

Bomber courtesy of theisti. Pours clear medium amber with a thin white head that leaves streaky lacing. The nose is floral and earthy hops with some caramel malt. The taste is sweet citrus, malt and tart grapefruit. Medium bodied. Good IPA – thanks for grabbing this for me Tim!
