Nice amber color with thin head. Nice hop aroma with a balance of malt that is really nice.

Good color, clarity with good aroma. The beer was rich with flavor and had a nice dry finish this was a ice beer to start with at Diamond Knot. Perfect for a hot day this was a nice lager with great malts and hops.

Hazy amber-orange with crisp cream top. Very little aroma with some light caravienne/vienna malt sweetness. Easy vienna malt flavor with slight sourness. Light to medium bodied.

Draft at the brewpub. Great little session beer. Comes out cloudy and somewhat grainy, color is something of a buttery amber. Yeasty, bready nose. A little bit of doughy-smelling malt in there. Nice medium body with active carb, feels very refreshing right from the start. Very light bready taste all over the mid-palate, with some light nutty and grainy notes for very low-contrast accent. Some herbal hop pops up just for a second near the finish (as well as on the belch). Must’ve been a fresh keg, or this one just has an appeal that’s impossible to describe, because these notes, to me, don’t sound like they describe a very appealing beer. But I’ll definitely be getting this one again.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours a rich looking clear amber with lasting light tan foam ring. I see nice lacing too. The aroma is light with roasty to sweet malts. The taste starts with light and fresh malts that become increasingly maltier and accented by spice to floral hops. The initial taste is fresh crisp pale malts followed by roasty malts and a bread note with drops of caramel. The hops intercede for a while and fade a bit but add balance into the after taste.
