The color of our Wit is biege/white and cloudy with all of the unfiltered goodness we could capture. The nose of this beer changes with age, and has a pleasant odor of corriander and fruit. The taste starts with an incrediably smooth mouth-feel, followed by a nutty, sweet, effervescent and smooth creamy finish. This is one beer that will quickly become a "comfort beer" for cold nights in the Northwest.
