Bottle from Ibrew2or3, thanks dave. Dark cherry brown in color, small head that faded quickly. Decent lacing. Aroma of sweet malt. Taste is sweet malt as well but with a little roasted flavor, nuts, caramel and a small amount of hops. No trace of the alcohol. Maybe even a little chocolate??? Good texture overall a pretty good barleywine that I enjoyed.

A copper color with a white head. The aroma contains alcohol, oak, citrus, cherries, and vanilla. The flavor is well balanced but nothing off the chart good either. I taste some citrus, cherries, and caramel. The beer has some strange gritty mouthfeel to it. The aftertaste is slightly bitter. Overall this was ok enough.

Dark black brown thick pour with an almost white head. Smell is mild and sweet and not grainy or medicinal nor does alcohol overwhelm the nose. Flavor is mildy sweet as well and has this little touch of a roasted bitter flavor. Mouthfeel is decent. Overall, not bad at all.

Pours a dark maroon with a medium lived creamy beige head. Smell is bright, simple malt, some dark fruitiness and a nutty quality as well. Taste is mild, smooth malt, fruitiness and nuttiness and dark, yet not roasty at all. Unique, smooth and very pleasant. Slightly creamy and moderately flavorful, without being overpowering at all, and the ABV is hidden well and drinkability is very high. Surprisingly good.

From a 12-ounce bottle--Poured a dark amber body with a thin whitish head. Aroma of bold malts, toffee, caramel and alcohol. Piny hop flavor with gripping malts and a finish of grassy, stinging flavor. Very smooth and quite enjoyable.
