Oakes (6853), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Jul 2, 2006 Cloudy reddish-amber. Big, mesa-making head. Mossy, woody, kumquaty hop aroma. Fruity, bitter, calamansi taste, with pommelo, passion fruit and wood. Hops get a bit metallic at the end. Refreshing. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA May 25, 2008 Date: 05/11/2008

argo0 (6167), Washington DC, USA Jul 25, 2004 (draft) Clear amber body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, lemon peel, grapefruit, some caramel. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, herbal, herby. Medium body, light resin. CaptainCougar (4633), Rockville, Maryland, USA May 11, 2008 Pours a transparent copper orange with a frothy, spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet toasty pale malty with some caramel notes and a touch of piny hops. Starts with a full carbonation and lightly sweet pale malt flavor with a crisp grapefruity bittering hoppy presence. A decent IPA, but could use a little more balance. hopdog (4552), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 23, 2005 Poured a medium and slightly cloudy amber with a smaller sized off white head. Nice aroma of grapefruit and light oranges. Tastes of mainly grapefruit (very one dimensional). Medium bitter with a thin body.
