Aug 22, 2008 12 oz bottle pours a pale amber liquid with a very minimal white head. Smell is very subtle grainy with dash of floral. Initial taste is crisp sharp and pleasingly bitter. Mouthfeel is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is first a nutlike bitterness but fades to a very nice slightly floral note with a major overtone of citrusy bitterness that lingers on and on. Very pleasant to sip.

Jul 8, 2008 12oz from a Dick’s Variety Pack bikesandbeer and I bought in Oregon. Pours yellowy with a bright white half finger head. Nose has some rye in it. Taste has a nice rye kick and overall a nice taste. Not amazing but better than the pale.
