It tastes like a Belgian, but nothing too exciting. Palate is creamy. Tastes of candy sugar with a bit of floral hops and a background of fruitiness.

Bought a Variety Pack and I’m drinking my way through it. RIP Dick. Muddied mustard in the glass, one finger head distilled to a small ring. Strong spicy peppery aroma, full and inviting. Gummy bread dough base, spicy yeast everywhere. Cherry and strawberry notes come out as the beer warms up. This beer really wraps up Dick’s Brewing for me. A solid beer, quietly made, that has turned beer drinkers’ attention to craft brewing and craft brewers attention to Washington. Thanks Dick. Beardface (991), Eugene, Oregon, USA

Pours clear piss yellow with a thick white head and no lacing to speak of. Aromas of yeast and wheat, light clove and pepper. Flavor is very peppery and light on the tongue, but extremely bland at first. Taking a bigger drink it becomes a bit sour and you notice some overcarbonation. Not a very good beer. Nice modestly dressed lady on the label though. mbgrayson (144), Anaconda, Montana, USA

Malty with the expected notes of fruit. Light aftertaste. Overall, a thumbs up. Tmoney99 (4729), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Poured hazy golden color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate fruitand toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium acidic finish of moderate duration.
My expectations where not met.

The aroma (what little I could gather) had yeast, slight fruits, and a hint of spice. The flavor opens with a dry biscuity malt. Mid palate I started to get more sweetness from the fruits and also a hint of spices. The finish was slightly bitter with a strange sensation I cannot really describe. Lighter bodied and easy to drink. I just don’t think there is enough going on to want me to drink this again. riversideAK (2723), Shoreline, Washington, USA

Pours a golden amber with a thin head. The flavor is soft light, fruity. Banana, clove, pepper, and a light sweetness from the base malt. Light, but flavorful. Pretty pleasant all things considered.
