Citrusy, earthy aroma with notes of grapefruit, sweet corn and caramel. Big, malty flavor. Decently balanced with tender hop bitterness. Toffee and honey followed by grapefruit and grassiness. Still a touch sweet as the style dictates... no boundaries crossed here. Medium to full-bodied and lightly creamy with lively carbonation. Finishes mildly sweet, lightly bitter and fairly dry. A terrific pilsener!
