How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Almost clear dark orange body topped by a small off-white head
In long: Smooth bready malts with a nice soft caramel. Fruity notes of oranges and citrus fruits. All kind of foresty flavours in there that dry out the beer: conifers, tree bark, forest floor, tree roosts. Round and smooth, many flavour elements but far from intense. Mild Bitterness. Highly drinkable nourishing pale ale. Name after a new breed of American hops. Also the name a Greek god. I like greek god statues, most make me feel like I’m very well hung.
