Commercial Description:
Straw coloured, this wheat beer is a mix between Belgian and German style beers. The aroma is one of coriander, citrus fruits and freshly baked bread. Strong effervescence sustains the vigorous foam. It is a smooth and fruity tasting beer with a light tinge of citrus acidity. The coriander fills the mouth and a light taste of yeast is pervasive in the aftertaste.

Bu sur place, en fut (10 oz). Belle couleur jaune orange pale et brumeuse, mini collet avec dentelle. Simple arome de blé légèrement épicé. Assé bon goût de gingembre, faible amertume.

Pint at the brewpub. Spicy, peppery, corn-like aroma with some mild banana notes present. Some cereal-like aromas are present as well. Mostly pale golden body with a frothy white head and nice lacing. Spicy, peppery, plenty of ginger present. Turns lemony, citric, and wit-like later with some more lingering dry spiciness from the ginger. An interesting, pleasant beer.

Well that white beer is quite a normal one, nothing special to brag about it. It has everything to be a good white beer, the aroma, taste and feel. But, you don’t feel that usual taste in this white, compared to other, I might even say "its shy", yes a shy white might be the best way to describe it Probably one of the most popular beer at Dieu du Ciel.

On tap at <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/Places/ShowPlace.asp? target=blank>Dieu du Ciel in Montreal at their 7th anniversary party. Pear juice in colour, lingering white coloured head, some lace. The aroma is lightly spiced, some bananas and peaches, peppery. The flavour is spicy, some rosemary, light pepper, floral. Crisp mouthfeel, light body, medium carbonation. Finishes light, lingering with some tang and spice. Quite refreshing.

Aroma has fresh wheat, citrus and spices, cloudy yellow, small, medium sized white head. Tastes of mild wheat, corriander, orange. Nicely balanced, spritzy, light and refreshing. A good one.

draught. hazy white body with a small white head. perfumey aroma - floral spice, pepper, and ginger. sweet cookie flavour with ginger and spice dominance. I’m generally not a big fan of ginger, this isn’t really an exception. decent and refreshing.

Robe blonde-blanche voiolée surmontée d’une mousse blanche persistente. Arômes de bananes, de clou de girofle et de gingembre. Saveurs de bananes, d’agrumes. Houblon amertume bien définit. Belle rondeur.
