Some cereal-like aromas are present as well. Mostly pale golden body with a frothy white head and nice lacing. Spicy, peppery, plenty of ginger present. It has everything to be a good white beer, the aroma, taste and feel. Pear juice in colour, lingering white coloured head, some lace. The aroma is lightly spiced, some bananas and peaches, peppery. The flavour is spicy, some rosemary, light pepper, floral.
