Commercial Description:
Straw coloured, this wheat beer is a mix between Belgian and German style beers. The aroma is one of coriander, citrus fruits and freshly baked bread. Strong effervescence sustains the vigorous foam. It is a smooth and fruity tasting beer with a light tinge of citrus acidity. The coriander fills the mouth and a light taste of yeast is pervasive in the aftertaste.

Citric, lemon hazy blanche, neat crown on top .Imagine how would look like the sun of September .Sweet ripe banana nose, soft and gentle. Clean . Plate was soft , smooth , wheat front with gentle yet bitter finish . Very nicely crafted. Good body, full with light acidic feel around the edges. Good solid body that some nay of such beers suffer there.

Hazy pale blonde color, thin creamy white head. Aroma and flavor of wheat, citrus, ginger and something unpleasant. Light to medium body, mellow mouthfeel, soft carbonation, oily texture. It’s an ok witbier but my rating is lower because of the unpleasant element I found in it.

Coriander spiciness and mild citrus fruity esters. Opaque, pale-straw coloured body with pillowy white head. Some lace rings the glass as it descends. Strong wheat flavour with assertive fruity esters and spicness in the finish. Crisp, high carbonation. Lively on the tongue. On tap at the brewpub.

A witbier that simply fits well into the style. A truckload of coriander in each sip. Can't get much more refreshing.

Lemon and coriander aroma. This beer is an outburst of coriander flavour with a hint of yeast. Very good.

More earthy yeast than their “Blanche du Paradis”…Sour citrus fruit, ginger and healthy cloves in wheat rolls…Dry and quite bitter in the end…
