Clean . Plate was soft , smooth , wheat front with gentle yet bitter finish . Very nicely crafted. Good body, full with light acidic feel around the edges. Good solid body that some nay of such beers suffer there. beerbuzzmontreal (2931), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Aroma and flavor of wheat, citrus, ginger and something unpleasant. Light to medium body, mellow mouthfeel, soft carbonation, oily texture. It’s an ok witbier but my rating is lower because of the unpleasant element I found in it. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Opaque, pale-straw coloured body with pillowy white head. Some lace rings the glass as it descends. Strong wheat flavour with assertive fruity esters and spicness in the finish. Crisp, high carbonation. Lively on the tongue. On tap at the brewpub. Rastacouere (5564), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
