Commercial Description:
Blanche du Paradis is a Belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander seeds and Curaçao orange peels, the spices traditionnally found in this classic style. Unfiltered and containing almost as much raw wheat as malted barley, it presents a veil of yeast and proteins giving this style its "Blanche" name. Round and light at the same time, it exhales fresh baked bread aromas, and reveals spices and citrus flavours, accompanied by subtle notes of acidity coming from the wheat.

Bottle courtesy of savvy1982. Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smells of grains of paradise, coriander, ginger, grassy, sweet citrus. Tastes of crisp wheat, pepper, spice, citrus, velvety mouthfeel. Excellent!

Mmmm super de bonne blanche! Gout velouté, bonne mousse, aucun arrière-goût. Très douce. Encore bravo pour Dieu du Ciel!

On draft at the Dieu du Ciel! Brewpub. Pours excellent body - hazy bright orange with nice head. Aroma is great as well, fruit, coriander, orange. The taste is very flavorful. One of the most flavorful wits I’ve ever had.

Le gout de ble est particulierement present et plaisant. Corriande et agrumes viennent agrementer le tout. Wheat flavours are there and are pleasant. Corriander and citrus embellish very well this wit.

wit style beer has an interesting sweet malty lemon nose with hints of soap. The body starts tasting like a fireplace then a very big gingery taste comes along with taints of bubblegum and soap. The finish is mildly astringent and earthy. A very fascinating beer. It was probably my favourite of the beers I tried there.

Beautiful clean witbier with lemony/lime undertones. Highly carbonated and lightly spicy. An excellent wit.
