Commercial Description:
A beer inspired by the ancestral methods of brewing which consisted of using an infinite amount of spices and herbs instead of hops. This is an amber-red coloured beer which has a soft foamy head. The aroma is one of anise, caramel and nutmeg. Every draught offers a hint of sweetness and a touch of caramel, spices and hops

Hazy amber body topped with an average off-white foamy head. Delightful malty aroma with various, herbal, flowery and spicy notes. Taste is dominated by the rye flavors. There’s also some hints of herbs, coriander, caramel and anise. Texture is very mild. Ends with an honest bittersweet finish. Enjoyable and original product.

Draft at DdC: Poured a cloudy amber with a small dissipating white head. Light hairspray aroma. Moderate tripical fruit flavor: papaya, pineapple, rambutan. Light spruce. Good.

Bitter, spicey aroma, caraway?amber, with a tiny cream head. Malt, spice and rye flavours, full bodied, complex and suitably bitter. Terrific!

Spicy fruity aroma, very pleasant, pumpkin, anis and malts. Very different yes so nice . Orange gold , small head .Spices are very pronounced that work great with rye malts . Very differnt brew from usual makes. Top spiced rye. I can summarize as spice, rye, and spice beer.

Strong floral aroma with a hint of spice. Amber/copper colour with slightly tan head wihich laces wonderfully down the glass. Full-bodied malt-rye flavour with lingering spiciness. This is an excellent beer. On tap. I've had both the regular and cask-conditioned and in this case the regular carbonated variety wins out as cask-conditioned is somewhat subdued.

Orange-copper. Tan head. Excellent lacing. Sweet malty aroma w/ a touch of spiciness (heather?). Medium body. Malty (caramel) flavour w/ a flowery spiciness (pepper, heather?). Interesting.

Dark gold colour. Aroma is floral, fruity(grapefruit?), citrusy. Flavour is floral and cirtusy. Finishes a little spicy. A standout.
