| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 31, 2008 Deep amber-orange beer with a thin tan head. Aroma is lightly orangey and fruity. Light peach and pink grapefruit as well. There is a lightly zesty/spicy note to this beer as well. The flavour is hoppy, but not all that bitter. Grapefruit and citrus and a kiss of light caramel on the back. Quite a nice beer, really. hophead75 (1952), Boonton, New Jersey, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 29, 2008 bottle. Hazy orange in color with a medium off white head. Aroma of citrus hops- a good amount of cascade- maybe some amarillo, some darker crystal malt, and some earthy resinous hops. Taste has a good amount of hop character- earth and citrus, some light sticky crystal malts, and a moderate lingering bitterness that gets a touch abrasive. Nice IPA that is a bit above average. carruthm (1124), Seattle, Washington, USA
