| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 13, 2009 Bottle. Pours a murky orange with a very small head and massive pine and resin aromas with a little pineapple and brown sugar. Flavor is a little too brown sugary sweet and finished with crisp conifer forest and alcohol notes. Aggy360 (115), Anchorage/ Vista,CA, Alaska, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 13, 2009 Pours a hazy dark amber with a off white head. A sweet malt with a strong caramel toffee nose. Taste is about the same with a good bitter front. A very unique take on an American IPA. The caramel notes in the nose and taste were very unexpectied yet very welcoming. I like how this beer is different from what I thought I was going to get. KnN (721), Greenbelt, Maryland, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 11, 2009 Pours a really nice deep orange color with a thin off white head. Aroma is toasted malt, a little citrus, some biscuit smells. Flavor is a little hoppy but more on the sweet malty side with a hint of toast and bread. Kind of yeasty. Not overly bitter, and maybe a bit more towards the English style of things. Interesting beer. bigtaster (184), Grand Rapids, USA
