Dec 19, 2008 bottle, from Sams quikstop or bluelight. Good aroma, sweet, bready, nutty, citrus, cardboard. Hazed brownish orange color, small head that stayed as a ring, minor lacing on the way down. Bitter sweet flavor, a sour bitter with hints of citrus, little tobacco. medium body creamy mouth feel, bitter dry finish. Good,aroma had some nice range. flavor was more straight forward.

Jan 11, 2008 341 mL bottle received via trade with Glouglouburp. Pours reddish brown with a large, creamy, off-white head, mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, straw), heavy hops (perfume, pine, grapefruit), average yeast (sweat) with notes of apples. Medium bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and heavy bitterness.

Clear amber color, small beige head, lace. Piney, ryeish fruity hoppy nose. Pale malty, very bready hoppy, bitter flavor. Very IPA-like, malty pale ale. Long bitter aftertaste.

Jun 1, 2009 Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark caramel color with a huge orange-beige head. The aroma was strong fruity, piney and resiny hops with a light tangy malt undertone. The flavor was bitter and a litte harsh with strong fruity, piney and earthy hops. There was a long piney and earthy finish. Fairly thick. Interesting.

Oct 4, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Amber, dark orange-ish color. Medium sized, fluffy, off white head. Lacing present. Nice floral hoppy aroma with some hints of oatmeal. Flavor is sweet malt and hoppy resins. Bitter finish.

Mar 1, 2009 Malty and dusty. Lots of hops and English style IPA mixed in. The wonderful brewery that isn’t cheap. But this is an nice musty beer. Citrus and caramel mixed in as well.
