Commercial Description:
Dernière volonté (French for "Last Will") is a mix of Belgian and English brewing traditions. Complex flavours of hop flowers and spicy, fruity esters from our belgian yeast are perfectly balanced with the robust flavours and aromas of malt. The finish is commandeered by an assertive aroma from dry-hopping.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with loads of floating sediment. Thick creamy white head. Aroma is of tangerines, spice, pine, bread, oranges, banana on the nose. Tastes like a fusion of an IPA and a triple. Very hoppy, some high alpha PNW hops were used in this brew. Tangerine, grapefruit, oranges and lemons, pine and resin, spice (lots of spice), hints of banana and bubblegum close to the finish and a nice dry hoppy finish. Palate is lively, light fine bubbles. Nice beer. Really like this brewery!

Cloudy gold with tons of sediment and a half-inch white head. Sharp, fruity nose. Flavor is sweet fruit with a dash of grapefruity hop bitterness. Notes of wood and earth. Nice body and good lacing. High carbonation and a tangy, dry finish. Nice.

This brew pours a hazy yellow color with a medium thin ivory white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Light spices and yeast in the nose. Medium body with flavors of citrus, yeast and spices, especially pepper. The finish is fruity and sweet with a yeast and spice aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

DRunk from goblet. Pours Orange with a thin white head. Nice lacing and lots of susspended sediment. Aroma is very fresh and crisp with notes of banana and spices. Flavour is sharp crisp and very dry. Not the most interesting beer I have ever had and it is a little week for a belgian. All in all not too bad.

Butters BIg Blowout - Pours a cloudy golden color with white head. Malty aroma with citrus and banana. Taste the same, with dry hop finish. Not bad.

Bottle shared at Butter’s Big Cellar Blowout. Hazy yellow pour with suspended particulate with white head. Like a hefe. Spicy pepper, banana, lemon. Just average, and definitely not worth the price.
