Aroma was the only average thing about this beer- grass and a hint of yeast. Pour was perfect and stunning. Deep dark orange with so much suspended yeast floating around it looks like you are looking into the night sky. Taste was very full and rich. Strong orange, apricot and spice. An apple/pear aftertate fills the back of the throat after the strong carbonation stops pricking. Great Belgian style beer. Dorwart (1830), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 29, 2008 Very large super dense and creamy head of very fine bubbles. Insane carbonation keep a nice thick head on this brew. Reduces slowly. Light lemon aroma with some cereal grains, yeast, flowers and spices. Color is a medium golden orange. Spicy flavor with more lemon and a good helping of dryness and hoppy bitterness. Very dry actually and very lively in the mouth. Lingering bitter and hoppy flavor. A darn good belgian. More hoppy than most but if you like hops then this is right up your alley. badgerben (3605), Blaine, Minnesota, USA

Having been to Dieu du Ciel, I have the fullest respect for them however. Cloudy golden orange color, very nice. Big head, still waiting for it to die down. Hops and Belgian yeast in the aroma. The creaminess of a good Belgian Ale with lots of hoppy freshness on top of it. Oh, to live in Montreal. This beer is awesome! minch25 (369), Columbus, Ohio, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 20, 2008 Pours a hazy gold color with a pillowy thick white head. Malty sweet candy aroma with a noble hop bitterness. Nice body, smooth malty with an explosion of bitter hop goodness in the taste. Nice use of the hops, really provides a compliment to the sweet malt and sugars. Very good. nbutler11 (771), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 1, 2008 Pours a hazy apricot color from the bottle with a frothy off-white head and a noticable amount of sediment. Loaded with the flavors of red apples, mild citrus, salty hops, and faint cream. Finishes with plenty of yeast and alcohol. Well balanced. Juelze (920), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
