Commercial Description:
This is an iridescent amber coloured beer which is topped by a foam reminiscent of perpetual snow. Each draught is ample, without being heavy. The malt savours that envelop the palette are followed by a lightly roasted flavour. A taste of caramel echoes its way into the aftertaste, as the whole is crowned by a hint of bitterness.

An amber beer with a dense orange head. The aroma is sweet and quite faint, the flavor is also quite subdued with a neutral sweet caramel note. Nice session beer.

(RBSG05) Creamy off-white head atop a crystal clear amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, ginger, some vanilla. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, light peat. Soft, light-medium body with light carbonation.

Hazy amber with reddish hints. Generous off-white head. Everything is light here, but there’s still a broad range of flavors going on. A good caramel malt base joins a flower bouquet over a faint fruitiness and more spicy hops. Honest bitterness. Creamy and herbal flavors get along well for what they are, but I can’t get to appreciate such light beers without any distinct freshness or sharpness. Thin body, moderately carbonated.

Nitro draft... Hazy, amber beer with a large, creamy, off-white head. Excellent retention. The nose is a bit soapy, but otherwise nondescript. The flavor is well-balanced... very malty, but not sweet. Light-to-medium bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel with feather-soft carbonation. Short, clean finish... ending dry and moderately bitter.

Ginger and honey scent, with a grassy hop nose at times. Some peach, apricot, pineapple flavors. Fruity, but more like a perfume, with a little too much of a perfume/soap/floral flavors. Murky yellow appearance gives a nice presentation, but the flavors in this one are not up my alley.

Draught at the brewpub
Amber color, creamy head. Nose of bright fruit and hops, a little roast. Medium body and ripe grapefruit. The finish is balanced. Nice.
