Aroma is dark caramel, candi sugar, milk chocolate, hints of smoked fruit, crusty wheat bread, a little roast and plenty of dark fruit. Flavor is huge dark fruit and dark caramel up front, some boozy brandy like notes, candi sugar, lots of raw yeast, some cocoa, a little earthy dry wood, fried apple and spice. Palate is medium body, pretty oily and fairly dry. This is some tasty stuff for sure, but is easily bested by most other Quads I have had. Arayaga2 (968), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Pour is gorgeous ... flavor is rich and big, nutty and sweet, malty and sticky. Srong but delicate, coating but not cloying....wrapped in a alcohol warmth. This has Rochefort written all over it .... and while it doesn’t quite reach the level of the 10, it does a darn good job. It def needs some more time though. Thanks buddy.
