Tap. Dark amber with little creamy white head. Aroma is spicy and malty sweet. A lot of spices in taste and lots of fruitiness - mostly oranges.

25 cl bottle. Clear, deep amber with a lacing white head. Quite nice hoppy aroma with balancing caramel. Sweet toffee and caramel flavours, not very bitter. Good carbonation. A bit too sweet.

Bottled. Clear golden with a white head. Quite weak, but hoppy aroma. The flavor has sweetness, with a bit maltyness and hops. Medium body and a quite sweet finish. (060328)

Clear, deep golden - amber color with a medium, foamy and lacy head. Dry and acidic, quite hoppy but a bit stuffy aroma. Toffeeish-caramely flavor with lots of acidity and some oaky-vineous character. The acidity is dominating, though - together with some alcohol. Sticky-caramely aftertaste. Medium-bodied, acidic palate with slightly foamy carbonation. This is one of the brews, where nothing has gone completely right. I wonder if anyone buys this for a second time...

Draught: Amber coloured. Unclear. Brownish dense head. Caramel, fruits and sweetness in the aroma Flavour of fruits and caramal as well. Has some light spicy notes. Is quite bland, but has a medium body. Easy to drink.

Bottle at Paters Vaetje, Antwerp. Found this rating on a scrap of paper at the bottom of my bag after I ran out of space in my book. Poor planning. Very attractive reddish copper colour with thinish white head. Not a bad caramel/citric tangerine thing, but not a fan of this.
