| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 19, 2006 Clear, deep golden - amber color with a medium, foamy and lacy head. Dry and acidic, quite hoppy but a bit stuffy aroma. Toffeeish-caramely flavor with lots of acidity and some oaky-vineous character. The acidity is dominating, though - together with some alcohol. Sticky-caramely aftertaste. Medium-bodied, acidic palate with slightly foamy carbonation. This is one of the brews, where nothing has gone completely right. I wonder if anyone buys this for a second time... madsberg (4966), Søborg, Denmark

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 27, 2006 Bottle at Paters Vaetje, Antwerp. Found this rating on a scrap of paper at the bottom of my bag after I ran out of space in my book. Poor planning. Very attractive reddish copper colour with thinish white head. Not a bad caramel/citric tangerine thing, but not a fan of this.
