An amber beer with a fine small disappearing though lazing head. The aroma is powerful of yeast and apples - a very complex aroma. The flavor is very sweet malty with notes of caramel, apples, yeast, and spices.

ZBF2008: From tap. Pours dark brown with a lacing white head. Light fruity aroma, mild yeasty. Smooth caramel malt base, light yeasty spiced and mellow. Goes into a smooth finish with a persisting spice note.

Bottle. Amber colour, white head. Tea-like flavour. Semi-sweet and quite bitter. Aftertaste also tea-like, but slightly boring.

Light amber color. Simple aroma; also the taste is quite simple, but has a quite strong hopping. Ends with some sweetness.
