Raisins in the nose, with a slight aciditic there too. Big prune flavoute. Very smooth body. Loads of port-wine like flavours and old fruit. Really suprising and pleasant beer. dhurtubise (568), Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

Balance is on the malt's side. Otherwise it is a great smelling, simple little belgian ale. Papsoe (15180), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Very dark, light brownish head. Lots of sweetness but not cloying due to the low alcohol. And the hops are indeed present as well. Strange but very pleasant. 010693 fiulijn (7520), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy

I got lost in Ghent trying to find the frickin’ Hopduvel and when I got there I was parched. Why I bought this first I’ll never know but it did the trick. Refreshing herbaceousness, smooth, sweet malt backbone, slightly full and oily body. lachesis (759), St Idesbald, Belgium
