on tap-pours a white head and gold color. Aroma is chili, musty, grain. Taste is chili-although mild is the first taste, then a pilsner. Grain with some faint hops. Nice.

On tap @ Dillon Dam poured a clear gold with a small disapating off white head. Aromas of light carmel and light green chile. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel and green chili with a crisp finish.

Draught at brewpub. Pours sparkling amber with a spare, fizzy, white head, diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is light malt (grain, meal), light hops (herbs), light yeast (sweat) with notes of slightly spicy peppers. Light bodied, thin texture, flat carbonation and a watery finish. Short duration, light sweetness, acidity and bitterness; lightly spicy pepper flavor.

On tap at the Dillon Dam Brewery & Restaurant. Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas and tastes of chilis, peppers and all around spicy (but not overbearing). My second chili beer on this CO trip that I didn’t really mind.

Hazy yellow-orange. No aroma. Smooth, sweet and malty. No real chili kick or overbearing presence. Just a nice subtle peppery spiciness at the end. Went great with my quesadilla.
