On tap @ Dillon Dam poured a clear pale yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of light bread and a faint hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, light straw and a faint hint of spice with a smooth dry finish.

Draught at brewpub. Pours sparkling light yellow with a spare, frothy white head, mostly lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, hay, straw), light hops (grass), average yeast (dough) with notes of dust. Light bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation and a chalky finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness, light acidity and bitterness. One of the better pale lagers I have had.

Rating from 3/06. On tap @ DD. Gold colored, excellent clarity, BMC aroma, corn?, nothing really. Flavor is light, kinda corny. Blah. No defects, but plenty o’ adjuncts. A beer made for BMC drinkers.

Looks and tastes like a macro, and I guess certainly appeals to that crowd. Strong aroma of DMS, light and watery with no body or texture.

Had this at the brewery. Poured a clear, light-yellow color with a small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing head and nice lacing. The aroma was lightly malty with toasted grain and unpleasant with a miscellaneous odor of cooked corn. Definitely could pass for a macro. The flavor was lightly sweet with an average-length lightly bitter finish. The body was light, the texture was watery and the carbonation was fizzy. I guess this is what it’s supposed to be ... but is that a good reason for boring beer? ;)

Tasted 9/30 Dillon Dam Brewery, GABF weekend. Golden hue. Mild hop nose with a hint of grapefruit. Musty and watery. Well, I would think that this is a perfect example of this style, but I just don’t know. Not at all impressed with this brewery.
