Tasting at CBF. Clear golden, medium white head. Aroma of light malts and lighter floral hops. Flavor is smooth and easy, very drinkable but still has pretty good flavor. A fairly hoppy lager with a satisfying bitter finish.

Had at the All Colorado Beer Festival in Colorado Springs on 11/7/09. Color is a golden amber with average carbonation and a small head. Aroma is a mild malt scent. Starting with a bold light body it goes down with a light crisp feel. Finish is a light malt flavor backed by a faint bitterness. Overall its an clean easy brew to drink but its a little boring.

Bottle. Gold pour. Grainy and malty aroma and a surprisingly bitter flavor. Unpelasantly bitter actually. Not one I would go back for more.

12 oz bottle purchased from the brewery. No freshness or ABV markings. Bronze/light gold color-very little head. Nose is honey, metallic, hay. Taste is light grass, a bit alcoholic (!), malt flavors are subdued and very little hop aroma. Nice body for a lager and easily quaffed. Well done-wish I had a few more of these.

Honey and burnt caramel on the nose with some soft fruit. Brownish amber color, medium soapy head. Brown sugar and caramel, some nutmeg, great bitter balance. Medium carbonation, lighter medium body, fruity smooth finish. All around excellent beer, understated complexity of flavors and a well-balanced structure.

Pours amber with a faint toasted malt, caramel aroma. Flavor caramel, fruity, with a hint of hop.
