| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 9, 2009 Tasting at CBF. Black with medium tan head. Aroma of roasted chocolate and light coffee. Nice mild stout - medium bodied, dry finish, easy on the tongue. A little too Guinness-like, would be a lot better with just a tad more taste. RSRIZZO (1369), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 8, 2009 Had at the All Colorado Beer Festival in Colorado Springs on 11/7/09. Color is black with good carbonation and a tall thick head. Aroma is a roasted almost burnt scent. Starting with a bold medium body it goes down with a sharp feel. Finish is roasted with a little coffee and a hint of chocolate. In the after taste the roasted flavors turn to a dry bitterness. Overall its ok, just a little light. douglas88 (1676), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 22, 2007 Draft at the brewery. Black with tan head. Great nose of toasty, roasted malts, harsh coffee, and faint creamy sweetness. Flavor delivers on all of these, very well balanced. Quite enjoyable, though it didn’t seem like nitrogen was involved at all. csbosox (1085), Prairie Village, Kansas, USA
