Commercial Description:
This true American pilsner, brewed with lager yeast and plenty of Czech Saaz hops, is a light bodied, well balanced beer with a clean crisp hop flavor and aroma.

On tap @ Dillon Dam poured a clear yellow with a small lasting white head. Aromas of straw, citrus and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw and light citrus with a crisp lightly bitter finish.

Draft at DD. Yeah kinda like a European pilsener but very light flavoring. Poured a thin, straw color with white head. Grass and meal in the aroma and flavor. Just and average pils really.

Rating from 3/06. On tap @ DD. Aroma is very light/mildly perfumy. Flavor is really light, corny? with some acrid hops (possibly noble, but in such a short amount, it is negligible.) The mid flavor and aftertaste are light and corny. Not a pilsner.

@Mountain Beerfest-on tap-pours a retaining thin white head and yellow color. Aroma is sweet, musty. Taste is some sweet grain-(honey?), musty, secondary light (saaz?) hops. OK/mild carbonation.

On tap at the Dillon Dam Brewery & Restaurant. Poured a medium yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas and tastes of grass, grains with a light honey sweetness. Thinner and watery body.
