Nov 8, 2007 on tap-pours a retaining thin light tan head that laces and deep red color. Aroma is medium/dark malt-molasses, nutty. Taste is sweet medium/dark malt-molasses, nutty, fruit-raisin. Dry finish. OK/mild carbonation.

Jun 27, 2007 The 12 ounce bottle poured a clear medium reddish brown beverage with a small frothy off-white head that was mostly diminishing and left a little bit of lacing on the glass. The aroma was interesting with notes of caramel, spicy hops, aged leather and rock candy blending together to create an intriguing invitation to taste. The body was medium with soft carbonation and a watery texture. The flavor starts out lightly sweet and stays fairly consistent throughout the medium finish.
