Dillon Dam Winter Warmer

At the 2007 Big Beer, Belgians, & Barleywines Festival in Vail. Pours a dark reddish brown with a medium white head. The aroma is absolutely awesome: intense spices of nutmeg, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Flavor generates a big spice flavor of ginger and cloves, but a fairly good malt sweetness of honey is also present. Thin, but all about the spice flavors. This renders it fairly uni-dimensional.
