Still my favorite of the sublime, quenching German style Pils. It may not be as complex as a Barley Wine, or as hoppy as an Urquel - but anyone can be hit over the head. I enjoy the subtle qualities and smooth, melanoidin malts balanced with Saaz hops the D-A has to offer.

12oz green bottle. Aroma of skunky hops. clear, pale yellow; white head. not much flavor. mostly malt. seems to bee very balanced. Very Dry Finish. This an EASY drinking beer!!

This is a bright yellow lager in the tradition of the best German Pilsners. This is crisp and clean with a well-rounded malt basis. Good Pils choice.

Loved it. Gorgeous color; smells odd though like fresh cut lawn. Sweet malty taste, hint of pinapple.
