Appearance: Poured a clear, dark amber color with a one finger beige head. Aroma: Hints of roasted malt, yeast, bread and caramel, with earthy hops. Flavor: Sweet malt, caramel and a nutty finish. Palate: Medium body with solid carbonation and a clean mouthfeel. Overall: Good but not great.

Poured copper/amber/brown in color with a small, off-white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Not sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of nuts, light malts, light caramel, slight molasses, slight wood, slight dough, and a hint of vegetables. Light to medium body. Slick, lightly chalky texture. Soft carbonation. Lightly sweet, nutty, malty, caramel finish.
