Very mediocore for my taste buds. A bit too sweet and not much substance for my taste in beers.

(12oz bottle) Medium beige head atop a clear mahogany body. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, some brown sugar, light nutty. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, nutty, light cherry, burnt. Watery light-medium body with light stickiness.

Pours a reddish copper to brown with complete clarity and a thin and further thinning offwhite head. The nose is weak, though relatively pleasant. Sweet malt with roast, toast and a light fruitiness. The palate is light and watery, which I believe to be appropriate for the style, though not particularly impressive. The flavor is pretty robust, compared to what I anticipated. Sweet caramel to chocolate, with roasty notes. Perhaps a bit too sweet. There’s some bitterness, but not a whole lot, coming from floral hops and perhaps the darker malts. Very easy drinking, and considering the price I picked this up at, I’ll get some more... though drinking green bottle beers is like russian roulette. At least there was nothing in this chamber.

The beer has a maroonish/brownish color with almost no head. It has a sweet and malty aroma with caramel and dark fruits. There is a bit of a sourness in the flavor, and some bitterness (but more sweet than bitter), but other than that its similar to the aroma for the most part. Drinkable, the price is right, and a pretty good aroma, so overall I give this a thumbs up!

The 12 ounce bottle poured a clear, dark reddish brown beverage with a medium sized rocky off-white head that was mostly diminishing but left good lacing on the glass. The aroma was dominated by roasted malt with notes of toast and caramel. There was also a hint of floral hops. The body was medium with a nice soft carbonation and creamy texture. The flavor starts off lightly sweet with hints of molasses. The finish is fairly long and the sweetness fades and is replaced with a light bitterness and an alcohol warmth.

This seemed a bit watered down, it had a kinda good caramel taste, and overall it wasn’t bad, i just didn’t like the body.

Sampled from a 12 oz green bottle this beer poured a dark mahogany color with a large tan head. The aroma is sour dark malts with a hint of molasses. The flavor is sour dark malts with a lightly roasty element and an undertone of tangy molasses.
