Musty and grainy aroma with some detectable hops and malt. Bubbly white ring and thin white cover over clear gold. Very weak and watery flavour that, nonetheless, is well balanced between malt and hops flavours. Yeast and bready and very delicate--almost gingeraley. Light body, medium carbonation, slightly bitter finish.

Aug 7, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge off-white head. Mild sweet cornish and light acidic bitterhops aroma. Flavour is mild sweet caramel and light cornish. Mild bitterness coming through into the finish. Simple and smooth helles.
