Dinkelacker Weihnachtsfest-Bier

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts spicy, not too strong, good use of hops. Well balanced finish, very drinkable. Really good festbier!

bottle. Clear deep golden yellow with a mid-sized head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, malty with a fruity touch and some shy hops in the finish.

Clear golden with medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with grassy notes. Sweet flavor with caramel, fruit and malty notes. Ends slightly bitter.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white. Mild grassy and hoppy dry aroma. Flavour is mild metallic and bitter. Light subdued malt note and a very minor spice note. Ends dry and light spiced.

Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Slightly grainy cara-malty taste; dry, moderately bitter cara-malty finish with a tinge of hops. Mediocre.

A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of straw. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and caramel, and the mouthfeel is somewhat sticky.
