Mild spiced hoppy and light cornish aroma. Flavour is mild acidic and bitterhops with a dry and mild cornish note. Medium sweet and light spiced finish. pivnizub (3793), Porúří, Germany May 22, 2008 Bottle: Deep golden with a quickly collapsing foamy layer; swet-malty, but also papery and alcoholic nose supported by some herbal hops; medium bodied, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; robust sweet-bitter finish. A quite rough "Heller Bock", not really convincing........ MoritzF (3690), Ruhrpott, Germany May 1, 2008 (33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and slowly lacing blonde foamy head. Grassy hoppy aroma with a light-sweet and slightly perfumed pale malty background. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a slightly crispy carbonation. Pale malt-character with spicy herbal notes; almost dry, bitter and slightly grassy hoppy finish with a light biscuity malty sweetness and a bit harsh alcohol presence. A rough but definitely not too sweet pale Bock (01.05.08).
