I used to drink this beer when I was a lot younger. Then forgot about it, then recently started drinking it with crawfish and loved it! Then Katrina hit and now it’s hard to find. I always buy it when possible. It’s one of my favorites!

Had this beer on 12/20/1999. Color is a light gold with fair carbonation and a light head. Aroma is a sweet malt scent. Taste is overly sweet and a bit creamy. Starting with a medium body it goes down with a bland creamy feel. Finish is creamy almost sour with a flat bitterness.

Bottle, contract brewed in the EU. Smooth, malty lager with restrained bitterness and some cereal character. It’s nowhere near an outstanding beer but is very soft with no off flavours at all. Brewed to be drunk easily.

from Naw Orlens.... hoping it’s made from fresh clean water... but if it’s rotten H2O it’s really not too bad!

bottle from ace bev. pours with very little head, pale clear amber. aroma is caramel, peaches? both is thin, but with an unexpected caramel apple thing going on in the finish. decidedly sweet, and not in a good way. better than the average swill, but not by much.

This beer is a highly drinkable beer for those saturdays when you go to your football game. This one is a little hazy in color, pretty good aroma, a little bit of a bitter aftertaste on this tangy brew. Good though. One of my favorites when I was in college.

12oz bottle. Somewhat hazy and golden hued. Lively and a little bitter and dry. Zesty and grainy. Slightly sticky. Meh.
