Highly carbonated yellow beer with fast beery head, like Pabst. Little aroma, maybe like cream pie. Silky complexion. Smooth sweet, real creamy - reminiscent of cream ale with meringue flavors.

Deep straw in color with a small white lacing around the rim. Sweet malt and corn aroma and flavor. I don’t know anything about Cypress wood but maybe they should soak these barrels with crab boil before filling them with Dixie, it might actually give this beer some distinct local flare.

Goes well with red beans and rice but generally one to avoid, along with bud et al.

This one pours a light brown/yellow with a small white head and a nose of stale limburger cheese and moldy wood. There’s a strange woody flavor on top of the average pale lager deal. There’s a bit more flavor than a macro, but, sadly, it tastes, smells, and looks like the decrepid South.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Strange beer. Pale golden coloured, thin, short lived head. Aroma is hoppy with some fruit (apple/melon). Complex if not particularly pleasing taste, fruit and hops, with light bitter finish. Mouthfeel a bit disappointing, with a thin finish.

very light and unimpressive, taste more like the warter in the missippi delta as opposed to choice hops, select grains and pure yeast.
