Bottled. Pale golden colour with a brief bubbly (fizzy would be to harsh) pop for a head. Clean forward hoppy aroma that present well from the bottle, not quite as well from the glass. Large forward hoppy flavour, slight corn syrup finish, very short, low bitterness.

Pale golden color. Decently carbonated body. Weak flavor. Definitely a food beer. Not a great beer as far as beer goes, but you will never find a better beverage to accompany raw oysters. In this case, I guess that flavorlessness is an asset.

different. A medium body with a citrus finish. A hint of wheat is also present. A good summer beer.

This beer works best when eating spicy Creole foods. Cut through and cleans the palate. Straw hue with minimal head. Grassy hop aroma. Taste is thin and watery, some hop bite. If you have no other choice, this is a beer to go for when eating a Shrimp Jambalaya or Blackened Catfish.

Not half bad, with an almost lemon aftertaste. One of the best poor man's beers - you can't go wrong pairing it with raw oysters or boiled shrimp. But it's got to be cold as hell.

This is bad. I actually thought it might be a decent lager at first, with a buttery, grainy flavor at first taste, but the aftertaste has to be in my all-time top 5 bad. So greasy and metallic, it would be like going around a machine shop and licking all the tools. Almost unfinishable.

Better lager than many alternatives. Not as sweet or mealy. Doesn't hurt that I associate this beer with having a lot of fun in the New Orleans. Drink cold.
